Burlington Northern Dynamometer Car B-10 was built by Pullman in 1915 as baggage car 1516 of the Northern Pacific. In 1928 at Como Shops in St Paul, MN the car was rebuilt into Dynamometer Car 276 using dynamometer equipment purchased from Baldwin Locomotive Works.
